Our Company
Halo 3D is aimed at providing highly precise metrological scans for reverse engineering and quality verification. Our goal is to deliver the best service we can in a time efficient manner, leaving you with scan data to your desired specification.
Our Process
We're proud to use Creaform scanners and VXElements software to provide you with high quality scans. Our scanners are accurate to ± 0.0012 inches, using blue lasers to scan a wide variety of surface finishes, textures, and colors.
Our Services
A standard deliverable comes in the form of a scan to the quality and resolution you desire. The file can then be used as a digital fixture or template for further development in CAD software like SolidWorks, or as visual reference for a variety of applications. We can also provide watertight models for easy slicing and 3D printing!
